ICIS Data Entry Issues - Clearing your Browser's Cache

ICIS Data Entry - Some users - generally users that had access previous to V7 - have reported an inability to enter and save data in some modules (e.g., Inspections, Final Orders), this is not an application problem but a browser cache issue. The fix to this is to clear your browser cache. Follow these steps if you are having this issue.

  • In your browser toolbar click on "Tools"
  • Select "Internet Options" from the drop down list
  • On the Internet Options General tab go down to "Browsing History" and click on "Delete"
  • On the Delete Browsing History panel make sure "Preserve Favorites Website Data" is  unchecked and that "Temporary Internet files and Cookies are checked.
  • Click on Delete
  • When finished click apply.
