I get a blank screen when I run reports. What do I do?

If you try to open a report and get nothing but a blank screen, please consider the following:

Check you Preferences to ensure you have the Document Viewing Location set to "In the BI launch pad portal as tabs" See image below.

To check your Preferences:

1) Log into ICIS and open the Reports module
2) Click on Preferences, located in the upper right corner of the Reports screen
3) On the right, scroll all the way down to the bottom until you can see the Set Document Viewing Location preference options
4) If not selected, click on the radio button for "In the BI launch pad portal as tabs"
