Revised Compliance Assistance Conclusion Data Sheet for On-Site Visits 6-13-05

Attached is a memorandum signed on March 13, 2005 by Michael Stahl, Director, Office of Compliance, distributing the revised Compliance Assistance Conclusion Data Sheet (CACDS) to be used for on-site compliance assistance visits.   The CACDS should be used by any one who is providing on-site compliance assistance to a regulated entity.  These documents are also be available on OECA's website site at : http://www.epa.gov/compliance/assistance/measures/index.html.

 

The CACDS has been specifically designed to help you and your staff input the results of on-site compliance assistance visits and re-visits into ICIS.
