New Database of Record for FIFRA, TSCA and EPCRA §313 Enforcement and Compliance Activities (09.29.2006)

Starting in FY 2007, ICIS is the new data base of record for all FIFRA, TSCA and EPCRA §313 federal compliance and enforcement activities and accomplishments, including enforcement actions, compliance inspections/evaluations, and compliance assistance activities.

As of November 20, 2006, all FY 2007 and future FIFRA, TSCA and EPCRA §313 federal compliance and enforcement activities and accomplishments will be tracked in the Integrated Compliance Information System (ICIS) FE&C data system.

The data systems that have tracked pesticides and toxics enforcement data since the late 1980s – the FIFRA/TSCA Tracking System (FTTS) and the National Compliance Data Base (NCDB) – will continue to operate in the regions and at headquarters with a more limited scope. FTTS/NCDB will remain the Agency database of record for the aggregate state pesticide grant accomplishments, and will serve as the repository for historical pesticides and toxics compliance and enforcement data through FY 2006.
