Reporting Direct and Preventive Complying Actions for FIFRA - Quantity of Pesticide Reduced/Prevented and Quantity of People Protected

Reporting Direct and Preventive Complying Actions for FIFRA.  For FIFRA enforcement cases that result in direct or preventive complying actions, the quantity of the pesticide reduced or prevented should be reported and the pollutant identified should be the predominate pesticide (active ingredient).  For worker protection complying actions, the quantity of people protected should be reported with the predominate pesticide (active ingredient) identified.  Please refer to page 9-1 of the Guide to Calculating Environmental Benefits of Enforcement Cases: FY2005 CCDS Update.  For reporting benefits about which there is a CBI concern, see the relevant guidance in IPOD (ICIS Policy on Demand) searching under “CBI.”
