Deleting a complying action from the injunctive relief/cost recovery screen

There is a business rule in ICIS that allows the “law section violated” on the conclusion screen to be selected from the "law section violated" list of choices entered on the initiation screen. In order to populate a “law section violated” on the conclusion screen it must be selected on the initiation screen. ICIS filters the complying action choices based on the “law section violated” that is selected on the conclusion screen.

Option 1-You can add the correct complying action or addition complying actions and save your work. Then, delete the incorrect complying action choice(s).

Option 2-You can delete the entire complying action record which will delete everything that may be on the screen (i.e., all direct complying actions, all preventative complying actions, all FMIP complying actions, all costs, and all pollutants). We only suggest this option if there is very minimal information on the screen so that you don’t have to retype everything.

If you need to delete a law section violated from the conclusion screen you must first delete any complying action records (option 2 above). Then, you can delete the law section from the conclusion detail screen. Next, if applicable, select a new law section and save it to the conclusion detail screen.
