Enforcement and Compliance FY 2013 Reporting Plan (04.04.13)

The FY 2013 memorandum and the associated attachments provide the process and deadlines for reporting, reviewing, and certifying enforcement and compliance data for fiscal year (FY) 2013. Please pay particular attention to Attachment 1 - the schedule for reporting federal enforcement and compliance data in FY 2013 and Attachment 5 - the description of new reporting and reporting changes for FY 2013.

The procedures for reporting mid-year data for FY 2013 have changed from the processes used in FY 2012 and previous years. These procedures were described in the Early Notice of New and Changed Reporting Requirements for FY 2013 that was issued on March 6, 2013. Regions have until April 12 to enter all mid-year data. During the week of April 15-19, 2013, regions and headquarter offices will identify and correct any outstanding data errors or omissions.

The regions/offices will use their Select Measures Workbook to provide manual numbers and assure that the data in the workbook is correct. On or before April 19, 2013, the regions/offices will return the Select Measures Workbook to OC, as well as a form signed by the Deputy Regional Administrator, OECA Office Director or OC Division Director certifying the information in the databases of record is correct.
