Regions and Headquarters Offices are required to report data in ICIS in a timely manner. All enforcement data from all statutes, including CERCLA, are to be entered in ICIS within two weeks after an enforcement activity occurs (e.g., upon the issuance of an order, signing of a referral, filing of a final order etc.) This time requirement has been in effect since the “Ensuring Integrity of Reported Enforcement and Compliance Data” memorandum was signed by J.P.
