Having trouble gaining access to ICIS

Users are continuing to experience issues after entering their User ID and password on the Agency’s Web Application Access page to login to the Integrated Compliance Information System (ICIS). We are working with our Office of Environment Information to investigate the root cause. In the meantime, we have found the following steps tend to work for gaining access to ICIS:

  1. Refresh your browser
  2. Clear your browser cache
  3. Use lower case letters in your User ID
  4. Type directly in your browser instead of using bookmarks.
